I inquired about an acute need through the patient portal and received a call back within ten minutes. I was offered a cancellation spot for the very next day which was greatly appreciated. Troy was compassionate and extremely thorough in his exam and assessment. I have confidence that given time, his plan of action will yield positive results.

5 Stars are not enough for Jonathan. He is amazing exceptional customer service. He explained every exercise with great detail. I'm looking forward to my next session with Johnathan... I will definitely refer my family and friends to Johnathan

I met with Kitty before surgery and received all my information . She explained everything in detail ,what was going to happen before and after surgery. After surgery Kitty came to my hospital room and answered my questions . She let me know if I needed anything to call the office and they would be available for me. I could not ask for anything more. Kitty was very nice and professional.

Jonathan was very informative and really listened to me trying to understand everything that was hurting and causing me issues. He did a series of test to measure my strength and weakness within the areas of concern. He sent me on my way with at home exercises and stretches to help me with easing my pain and prepared a plan for upcoming visits to aid in helping with my pain recovery. He was very easy to talk to.

First in-office PT visit since knee surgery last week. Had to change locations due to a power outage at preferred location, but no problem. I had a great visit with moderate program of exercise conducted on this visit. Everyone was courteous and professional. Felt much better after this evaluation.

Jonathan was thorough and listened well to concerns without being hurried or rushed. He provided me with a great exercise program for follow up at home and even helped me come up with good questions for upcoming doctor visit. I appreciate the time he spent!

Jonathan was outstanding. Easy to talk to, easy to understand and helpful. I improved my range of motion in my knee from when I showed up until I left 45 minutes later. He gave me some “homework” to do on my own, been awhile since I had homework but I can already see it’s benefits. Thanks for your expertise and patience.
